Presentation Tips for Middle Managers

Are you a middle manager? Or do you want to support your middle managers?

If so, you need to know about Sally Foley-Lewis, CSP, a multi-award winning global expert and Certified Speaking Professional who has authored several books on leadership and productivity. Through her keynote speeches, workshops and coaching Sally supports and skills middle managers to boost productivity, self-leadership and confidence.

I first met Sally, a fellow Australian, several years ago at a conference for professional speakers where we bonded over red lipstick, and I've been a big fan ever since! So I was thrilled to have a chat with her as part of my video series to celebrate 10 Years In Business.

Sally shared some great tips on how leaders and aspiring leaders can improve their presentation preparation and delivery including:

  • The key questions you must ask before crafting your speech

  • What to do when you arrive to deliver your presentation

  • How to avoid memorising your speech

  • How to prepare effectively when time is limited

  • How to end your presentation with impact

  • How your breathing can help you to be more endearing and engaging

  • How to demonstrate your thought leadership (without writing a book!)

So if you're interested in gleaning some new tips about how to take your public speaking skills to the next level, I strongly encourage you to take a moment to watch this conversation. And let me know in the comments which tips you’re going to try!

Please do also take a moment to click the like button on the video and subscribe to the channel, that would be really appreciated as it helps others to find videos that could help them too.
